1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Suga platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Suga is an AI-powered customer support platform that provides workflow automation, email management, voice call analytics, and team collaboration tools. The Service includes a web application, browser extension, and backend API.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages through the platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Gmail, Slack, Stripe, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

6. Gmail Integration

When you connect your Gmail account to Suga, you authorize us to access your email data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account permissions settings. Our use of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Suga and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Workflows and automations you create using the Service remain your intellectual property.

8. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
